I loved this app until they updated it. Games are too slow

There are way too many problems with this game. Sometimes cards will be missing, and how can u make a run of 7 when you only have 6 cards. Also, sometimes it will say its my turn but when I click on the game its actually the other players turn. So if they dont look at their game they will never play their turn because it says its my turn. I wish I could easily go to the next game instead of having to back out to the lobby and then click on the next game.

In an effort to be constructive Im writing A review for the very first time. Take note Magmic Inc.... You have seen the reviews, you have watched your star rating fall, Now its time to do something about it! Its not always a bad idea to take stock, Take a step back, and go with classic design and what you know your customers love. For your sake please listen to your customers and make the necessary changes. I have had phase 10 on my iPhone for years. It has always been my go to game when all others would bore me. I loved that I could pick my difficulty level and players. I also rather liked the simpler board with its one touch controls...in vertical mode. Now, everything is so convoluted and I have no options over speed or touch. Ive never actually written a review, but when someone starts messing with my take-a-minute-and-catch-my-breath games Its frustrating. I would love to be able to reinstall this app and have many more hours of good, clean fun. But as of now my iPhone remains Phase 10-less.

I wish I didnt pay actual money for this app. Everyone thats ever purchased this app should be able to get their money back.

I use to play every day and now would not recommend to anyone, all the updates messed up the game, others saying the same thing but company apparently does not want to resolve the issues because I have even emailed them and never got a response, so slow and you cant even choose to play just one player any more. I paid for this and its not right. They dont have a zero star so thats the only reason I have one.

I used to love this game, but ever since the update I just dont play it anymore because its not as challenging and I feel its meant for kids but...

I have patiently waited for an update to get my favorite game app back,sadly it still has not happened. I am so disappointed. I use to really enjoy Phase 10 as a great stress reliever and distraction. The update took all of my choices away from the player. Very disappointed.

I dont understand!!! Terrible review after terrible review and they still wont fix what they broke. This is beyond stubborn into idiotic. Cant be making money on it now. I WONT PLAY AGAIN UNTIL RESTORED!!! Dont buy this game until they fix it. Unbelievable they could ruin this game to the level they destroyed this one.

This now looks and behaves like a childish game. Its horrible!! You cant even see your hand to determine which phase to play. Id prefer not to play against avatars that are animals. This went from one of my favorites to one that is NEVER played.

I loved this game but the new version is terrible. I deleted it before even finishing one hand.

Please offer an option to restore this game to the last version, this kiddie version is awful!! Thank You

Please give us the option to return to the previous version. It was user friendly, the characters were not annoying, and you never felt as if you wanted to call the Mattel R&D department and fire them all in one fell swoop.

Simple steps: 1- fix bugs. The game crashes a lot specially if youre playing a multiplayer game. 2- allow our music to be played during the game (whichever app it was) 3- Provide update once you finish working on step 1 & 2 Good luck.

This game is one of my favorites however the app not so much. The characters do stupid stuff that no human would do. The multiplayer game is so slow. You have to wait forever for another person to play. There should be a time limit. There should be other things with this game. Maybe tournaments.

I hate this version. Everything about it. Slow, landscape, playing cards is hard. Its horrible

In at least three hands I get the same card from the deck thats on top of the discard pile five to six times. The avatars get their phase with three draws most of the time. Avatars also have two to four wild cards every hand. When you up to about phase seven or eight you stop getting any wild cards at all. You get skipped over and over again. I have had this game for a couple months and havent won once. This is all on medium.

I no longer want to play phase 10 since they updated the game design!!! Every user that has attempted to play this new one is frustrated and annoyed at the fact that you cant choose opponents levels individually, game speed is tedious at best, not to mention you are forced to play in landscape mode. Until the developers listen to the feedback, Im no longer using this app. Complete waste of money...

Whoever was the project lead on this update should be fired, period. Was it a 6 year old? Because the app appears to be made for a 6 year old. Nothing else to say, its already been said in many reviews. Garbage. I wish Id never updated. Delete.

The old version was great. This version is amply not playable. Waste of money. Hope there is an update soon.

Just like all the others said. I miss choosing my opponents. I miss the old style. Please bring it back!
